Yes. Both run on our standard managed WordPress platform, and we tune caching, PHP and MariaDB for the logged-in traffic they create rather than assuming pages can be cached.

Which plan should a community start on?

We usually suggest WP Level 4, or a Performance level from 5 upward for larger member bases, because community pages are dynamic and CPU-bound. Tell us your active member count and we will size it honestly.

Can you handle member uploads and media?

Yes. Avatars, group photos and attachments live on NVMe storage and are included in the backup every 4 hours. If storage grows, you can move up a level or add storage.

Will notifications and digests actually send?
