The hosting portal
we built for our customers.

WP Tango Manager is our own client portal — sites, domains, email, invoices, payment methods, support and AI assistance, all in one place. No licensed third-party panel, no recycled cPanel UI, no upsell carousel. Just the tools you actually use, designed by the team that runs your hosting.

Why we built our own

Off-the-shelf panels treat you like everyone else.

We used to bolt the usual suspects onto our hosting — a third-party billing panel here, a control panel there, a separate support desk, a separate domain manager. Customers had four logins, four UIs, and four places to look when something went sideways. So we threw it out.

WP Tango Manager is the portal we wished existed — built in-house, shaped by support tickets, and tuned to the actual workflow of running WordPress on managed hosting. Every screen exists because a real customer needed it, and nothing is there to upsell you a domain you didn't ask for.

For you, that means one URL, one login, one place to manage everything. For us, it means we can ship improvements the same week you ask for them — no waiting on a vendor's roadmap.

What's inside the portal

One portal. Every workflow.

The tools that used to live in five different vendor dashboards, all in one place — and built to work together.

Every site, one dashboard

All your WordPress sites in a single list with health, plan, PHP version, last backup, and one-click access to the WP admin. No tab roulette, no per-site logins.

Domains & DNS, in-line

Register, transfer, or point a domain, manage DNS records, and bind it to a site without leaving the portal. SSL is provisioned automatically.

Mailboxes when you need them

Add per-domain mailboxes, aliases and forwarders inside the portal, or skip it entirely if you live in Google Workspace. Modular by design.

Invoices & payment methods

Every invoice, every receipt, every renewal in one place. Update cards, switch billing cycles, download VAT-ready PDFs.

Day-to-day workflows

Built around how customers actually work.

Support that follows the site

Open a ticket from any site or invoice and the context is attached automatically. Replies land in the same thread, on email and in-portal.

Team & client access

Invite teammates and clients with scoped permissions — per site, per area, or org-wide. No more sharing the master login.

Account credit & top-ups

Pre-load credit for upgrades, add-ons, or domains. Renewals are taken from credit first — no card declines, no service interruption.

The workspace

Designed to disappear into the work.

Modern UI patterns, sensible defaults, keyboard-friendly. The portal respects your time.

A workspace, not a launchpad

Sites, domains, email, invoices, tickets and team are all reachable from a single sidebar. Nothing opens a new vendor login.

1-click site lifecycle

Order a new site, migrate from another host, clone to staging, or upgrade a plan — every action lives in the same place, ready in minutes.

Health & resource at a glance

Each site shows uptime, traffic, PHP version and last backup so you can spot a problem before it becomes a ticket.

Security & access controls

Two-factor login, session management, and audit log of every action your team takes inside the portal.

Roles & teams

Give each person exactly the keys they need.

Manager models real teams: owners, admins, developers, clients and read-only viewers, with scopes down to the individual site. No more giving your client the master password because the panel can't model permissions properly.

Built-in AI assistant

An assistant that actually knows your stack.

Most portals bolt on a generic chatbot. Ours is wired into your sites, your invoices, your tickets — and our team's runbooks.

Ask in plain English

“Why is this site slow today?” — the assistant pulls metrics, recent deploys and error logs and gives you an answer, not a docs link.

Triage before tickets

Most everyday questions never need a ticket. The assistant resolves them inline, and escalates to our team only when it can't.

Trained on our infrastructure

It knows our stack — LiteSpeed, Redis, PHP versions, backups, network — so the answers are specific to how your site actually runs.

Scoped to your account

It can only see what you can see. No cross-tenant context, no leakage, no surprises.

Vs. the alternatives

Why we don't run cPanel. Or WHMCS. Or both.
